English: BURLINGTON, N.D. – Soldiers with the North Dakota National Guard wait for their sandbag-loaded truck to be unloaded here., June 21. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers St. Paul District and the National Guard, are currently raising temporary emergency levees in the city. The Corps’ number one priority is protecting human life and will continue to provide technical assistance to local communities affected by historic flooding along the Souris River.
