Description A U.S. Navy North American A-5A Vigilante (BuNo 149296) of Reconnaissance Heavy Attack Squadron 3 (RVAH-3) in flight over Georgia (USA) in May 1964. This aircraft was converted to an RA-5C in February 1966. It served with different squadrons but was finally lost on 5 March 1974 while again in service with RVAH-3. It caught fire during a training flight and crashed into the sea off Naval Air Station Key West, Forida (USA). Both crewmen were killed.
