Description Ausschnitt aus den Normen Europäischer Modellbahnen, Norm 010, Maßstäbe, Nenngrößen, Spurweiten aus dem Jahre 2011. Tabelle 1 im Kapitel 2 Festlegungen. Die Tabelle sagt aus, dass die Vorbildspurweiten von 850 bis < 1250 mm im Modellspurweite mit 22,5 mm wiedergegeben werden sollen. Die erwähnten Vorbildspurweiten werden in einer Modellspurweite zusammengefasst. Bezeichnet wird diese mit Spur 0m. Wobei die Zahl 0 für die Nenngrößen 0 steht, der kleingeschriebene Buchstabe m für Meterspur. Hinweis: Die Modellspurweite von 22,5 mm entspricht auch der Spur S. Im Angelsächsischen wie auch im Frankophonen Raum hat sich auch die Bezeichnung 0-22,5 beziehungsweise O-22,5 anstelle von 0m etabliert, wobei mit 22,5 die Modellspurweite in Millimeter wiedergegeben wird.
