Description
Français : Passage piétons situé dans la continuité du chemin piéton de l'esplanade du lac d'Allier, cette dernière ayant été aménagée en 2007-2008. Le passage piétons n'a été créé qu'en août 2021 afin de permettre la continuité piétonne (un élargissement de la fin du chemin — encore signalé comme réservé aux cyclistes eux seuls — a dû être réalisé).
  • La continuité cyclable (la véloroute du Massif Central y passe) est quant à elle interrompue puisqu'il n'existe aucun marquage au sol : dans le sens nord-sud, les cyclistes continuent sur la chaussée du quai d'Allier alors que dans le sens sud-nord, rien n'a été prévu du trottoir vers la piste cyclable (franchir le STOP ?).
  • L'intersection est sur un ralentisseur (non conforme car une seule branche est en zone 30) créé en 2014 avec les travaux des berges d'Allier en rive droite.
  • En arrière-plan, le boulevard du Maréchal-de-Lattre-de-Tassigny exceptionnellement fermé à la circulation depuis 13 h 30 ce jour-là en raison du feu d'artifice.
  • Le quai d'Allier est au dos du photographe.
