Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Nodules in the Mudstone Shore of Port Mulgrave. Port Mulgrave is an excellent place for fossil hunting. Unfortunately we didn't find any big complete ones for photographing. Just bits of ammonites and belemnites. So had to settle for a picture of these nodules which I believe are formed when either lime or iron in the jurassic sea bed sediments gathers around a centre of attraction such as a shell.
