Summary
[edit]DescriptionNoctilucent Clouds over Stockholm.jpg |
English: Noctilucent Clouds over Stockholm, Sweden - Jul 12, 2014 : Just like Northern Light, Noctilucent Clouds (NLCs) can be seen at the Scandinavian Countries (or Countries at High-altitude). Here in Sweden, you can find them during the summer after sunset, and it's really beautiful and magnificent. It's regarded as a natural phenomenon that clouds are shining due to ice crystals and dust's reflection after sunset. But some scientists are saying it may be related to the climate change recently, especially when it comes to the frequency and brightness (Surely it's stronger and frequent than before). This picture was taken at the Kungsholmen Island, is one of the main Islands of Stockholm City. |
