Summary

[edit]
Description
English: As can be seen the very fine carbon steel composite is 0.8% and 0.18% carbon steel shows no hint of carbon migration. The blue back flat is .070 inches. There is no slag inclusions or bad welds. This composite will harden like a file and yet be ductile at the same time. This shows the beginning of glass steel without any alloys. It is just high and low carbon steel.
