English: To judge by this monument, nothing notable has happened in No Man's Heath, Cheshire since Celia Fiennes rode through here in 1698! Sculpted by Jeff Aldridge and known officially as the Celia Fiennes Waymark, it stands at grid reference SJ 516 477 on a spare corner of public land at the junction of Back Lane and Chester Road (part of the former A41 which now bypasses the village). The inscription on the base reads:
