Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Anton Bamberger's gas station of Nitalin brand in Hanover, German Reich. The brand was co-owned by the wealthy Russian-Jewish family of Chaim Kahan, settled in Berlin, who had to flee from Russia after the communist revolution in 1917 and due to anti-Semitic pogroms in 1919. It was also co-owned by the German-Jewish bank Hardy & Co., co-owned by James Nathan Hardy and Ludwig Nathan Hardy.
