Description
Български: Южен славей (Luscinia megarhynchos)

Прелетна птица от семейство Мухоловкови (Muscicapidae). Пристига в началото на април. Първо идват мъжките около 28 март, а женските пристигат около 12 април. Гнезди на ниско в долната част на клоните и храстите. Поколенията за периода на размножаването са две. Женската снася 4 – 5 тъмнозелени яйца. Насекомояден.
