Notes François-Bruno Deshays de Colleville exécute également le portrait de l'épouse de Potain, Marie-Louise Le Saché, également passé par la galerie Cailleux dans les années 1950 (59 x 48 cm). Elle est représentée en buste de face, une rose dans les cheveux. Elle porte un corsage décolleté, retenu par des épaulettes gris-bleu, sur lequel est posé une écharpe de satin vert. Son bras gauche, tenant de fleurs, repose sur un coussin jaune. (réf André Bancel, Jean-Baptiste Deshays 1729-1765, Paris, 2008, p. 321, FB 48.)
