Description
English: Nicked in the Shoulder
Coast Guardsman Kenneth Quick, of 333 Hobson Ave, Flint Michigan, received shrapnel wounds in the shoulder when German bombers attacked Coast Guard-manned transport off Gela Sicily, but he still looks cheerful. Quick was on the signal bridge when the JU-88's attacked the transport carrying soldiers.
