Note: I have uploaded a new version of the image with a deliberate distortion of the drawing of the new building shown on this construction sign. Please let me know if this qualifies. This should as no longer a problem with the "derivative" issue. Moreover, the building that is shown on this sign is open for public view. It is a government-funded public-use facility.
