English: Markings in the car park of the Sainsbury's supermarket in Newport, Isle of Wight. Until a couple of years ago, bus services used to call in to the internal bus stop in the car park, outside the main entrance to the store. Yellow "bus" markings and arrows were painted when the store first opened, to show buses where to go. It seemed rather pointless, as there is only one way to get to the bus stop, and the regular service bus drivers would know the route anyway, but presumably it helps other large vehicles visting the store.
