Description
English: A mallard was discovered swimming in a lake in Newport Beach, California, with an arrow through its neck and flew away. The following day, the duck was spotted in Costa Mesa, where it was rescued and cared for by veterinarians. The mallard had injuries on its jaw and cheekbone but is recovering. The police are investigating this as a case of animal cruelty.
