English: Newcastle lifeboat called out (1). In addition to the all-weather boat 488050, Newcastle has a "D" class inshore lifeboat "Aldergrove II". The boat has been tasked to assist a person trapped on the rocks (on a flood tide) close to the cliffs near the Bloody Bridge 10636, south of Newcastle. The boat has been pushed out to the slipway outside the lifeboathouse and is about to be launched. Continue to 1231037. |
