中文（香港）：盧溝橋因橫跨盧溝河——即今天的永定河而得名，是北京現存最古老的石造聯拱橋。意大利旅行家馬可波羅曾在遊記中記述此橋並讚歎不已，在歐洲被稱為馬可·波羅橋。盧溝橋在北平城西南約15公里的永定河上，既是南下的要衝，又是北京的咽喉要道，史料記載，自金代開始，中原腹地進京，皆要在盧溝橋停留，為京師進出中原腹地的必經之路。因而自古以來就是重要的交通樞紐和貨物集散地，每當年關將至，盧溝橋上南來北往的商客集結於此，既是進京的前站，也是許多老百姓來此購買年貨的方便之地。 |
