Description
English: Carrollton Riverbend historic district, New Orleans, Louisiana.

The 8000 block of Oak Street between Short Street and Carrollton Avenue is closed off with work going on. Paving on that block had been in deplorable condition for years, I hope it will actually be fixed.

So many side streets in the neighborhood are either completely closed off or torn-up and passable only through narrow paths with deep potholes that navigating in the neighborhood is very difficult of late.
