[edit]DescriptionNew Corps-built housing officially opens at Dugway Proving Grounds (7700793582).jpg | Katherine Hammack, Assistant Secretary of the Army (Installation, Energy and Environment), was one of several officials who attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new housing project at Dugway Proving Grounds, Utah, held July 26, 2012. The project was overseen by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District, and received a platinum certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards.
