| Description |
English: New Barns Farmhouse This farmhouse stands at the centre of a 133 hectare arable farm which had been farmed by the same families for four generations. Additional enterprises included a flourishing butcher's shop (selling own beef and rare breeds meat), a restaurant and coffee shop.
The ancillary businesses are currently closed as the farm was sold in late 2009 for about £2 million. The house is presently undergoing extensive renovation with the removal of the old sash windows being the most immediately obvious work. |
