Viele von Jacksons Originalkrystallen wurdennach diesen Formen von Neuem durchforscht, sie konnten aber nicht ge-funden werden. Die neu beobachteten Formen waren: 1 = 310 p = 301 g = 502 f = 801 cp = 522p = 142 n = 141 u = 164 tu = 165 n = 232P = T23 w = 182 s = 341. Mit einziger Ausnahme von s wurde jede dieser neuen Formen nurein einzigesmal beobachtet. -174- Mineralogie. Die Fläche T82 stumpft die Kante zwischen T31 und 110 ab, liegtaber nicht genau in deren Zone. Das Symbol ist das nächste einfache, dessenberechnete Winkel den gemessenen nahekommen, die Übereinstimmung istaber nicht sehr genau: Nahezu alle Krystalle sind reich an Formen. Die grösste Zahl deran einem Krystall beobachteten beträgt 21 und die kleinste 7. Sie sindso gruppirt, dass vier bestimmte Typen hervortreten, die in den Fig. 1, 2,3 u. 4 dargestellt sind. Der vierte Typus, Fig. 4, wird durch die Com-bination von 110 und 301 hervorgebracht, die einen sehr dünnen, keil-förmigen Krystall mit sehr scharfen Kanten begrenzen. Das Dorna hatgerundete Flächen und scheint in ein noch steileres Dorna, wahrscheinlich401 oder 601, überzugehen. Diese Form, die an allen Krystallen des inEede stehenden vierten Typus vorkommt, ist an solchen der anderen Typennur zweimal beobachtet worden.
