English: Nettgau Steingrab, Chambered Tomb in Saxony-Anhalt
Near the small village Gladdenstedt, in the middle of a field: The 'Großsteingrab' or 'Großdolmen' of Nettgau. On top of a tumulus, a 5.3m x 1.5m chamber with 11 orthostats and 2 remaining capstones. One capstone still in situ, the other has fallen into the chamber. Some more remains, most likely from the bursted missing capstones, are scattered arround. |
