English: Villa 'Klein Rusthof' ('small resting yard') at Oosteinde 47 in Voorburg, Netherlands. Built in 1874 and bought in 1877 by Princess Marianne of the Netherlands (1810-1883) for her son Prince Albert of Prussia (1837–1906) who never used it as he considered it too small ("a henhouse"). It is currently (2023) a municipal monument and privately owned. Nederlands: Villa 'Klein Rusthof' aan Oosteinde 47 in Voorburg, Nederland. Gebouwd in 1874 en in 1877 gekocht door Prinses Marianne van Oranje Nassau (1810-1883) voor haar zoon Prins Albert van Pruisen (1837-1906) die het nooit gebruikt heeft omdat hij het te klein vond ("een kippenhok"). Het is momenteel (2023) een gemeentelijk monument en privé bewoond. |
