English: In a healthy heart, the nerve impulses originate exclusively in the heart itself. There are special cells for this in the wall of the right atrium. Namely in the sinus node, the natural pacemaker of the heart.
Deutsch: Bei einem gesunden Herzen entstehen die Nervenimpulse ausschließlich im Herzen selbst. In der Wand des rechten Vorhofs befinden sich dafür spezielle Zellen. Und zwar im Sinusknoten, dem natürlichen Schrittmacher des Herzens. |
