Description |
English: A flint Neolithic leaf-shaped bifacial point, probably 'laurel-leaf.' Thin and relatively finely worked for a laurel-leaf, though too large for an East Anglian leaf-shaped arrowhead. It is complete aprt from slight recent damage, mainly on one edge, exposing medium-dark grey flint under a pale -medium grey patina. It is 98mm in length, 41mm in width and 8.7mm in maximum thickness. |
