Title
Neolithic flint, a fragment from a leaf shaped arrowhead
Description
English: A fragment from a Neolithic leaf shaped arrowhead. All that remains of the arrowhead is a portion of the proximal end, the tip and a portion of the butt having been broken. Approximately a third of the length of the arrowhead is missing. The arrowhead exhibits invasive retouch on the dorsal and ventral sides. It would originally have been hafted to a wooden shaft. This arrowhead dates from circa 4500 to 2000 BC.
