Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Neolithic Burial Chambers at St Elvis Farm Two capstones 4x2 metres and 2.2x2 metres set astride a fieldbank.

They were blasted by the tenant farmer in 1890 who also removed the stones from the eastern chamber. Ref Dr Toby Driver. Pembrokeshire, Historical Landscapes from the Air. 2007.

In the area between the tombs and the farm are the archaeological remains of St Teilos' Church, a Medieval building. Many prehistoric flints have been found in the area overlooking the cwm. The whole area is steeped in prehistory.
