Description
English: In podagrica the wings are darkened along the upper and lower marginal cross-veins. In this Neoascia this feature is absent discounting podagrica. The 3rd antennal segment is elongate so not geniculata which following the key (Stubbs & Falk) leaves meticulosa and tenur. Tenur has an entirely black tip to the hind femur whilst meticulosa as shown in the photo has a yellow tip.
