Deutsch: Der Luddismus war eine aufständige Arbeiterbewegung im England des frühen 19ten Jahrhunderts. Ludditen zerstörten gezielt die für sie bedrohlich wirkenden Maschinen und zündeten auch Fabrikgebäude an.
Als Neo-Ludditen bezeichnet man moderne Technologie-Skeptiker, die je nach Ausprägung zu einem Verzicht oder zur Zerstörung von Maschine, zum Beispiel Rechenzentren, aufrufen[1]. English: This picture was specifically designed to illustrate the idea of modern Luddites, called Neo-Luddites. Radical Neo-Luddites have actually called for an active destruction of possible dangerous datacentre by national military forces[2]. |
