Espaces Liminaires / Canada / 31 juillet au 17 août / Tour des résidences du Cégep de Sherbrooke / 20h30 à minuit Lire Le paysage et la nature font partie intégrante de la ville de Sherbrooke. Le pavillon 6 du Cégep est le plus haut bâtiment de la ville. Construit tout en verticalité, il surplombe la ville entourée de forêts, d’eaux et de montagnes. Le paysage fera écho dans une vidéo projetée qui tentera de façon symbolique de faire disparaître le bâtiment en s’intégrant à sa surface et à son architecture. Dans cette vidéo, le paysage sera morcelé et déconstruit et c’est au coucher du soleil qu’il apparaîtra sur l’architecture du pavillon immense et imbriqué de lumière. Nelly-Eve Rajotte est connue pour son travail vidéographique, sonore, installatif et performatif. C’est par une recherche liée au corps sensible qu’elle explore les correspondances entre le son et l’image vidéographique avec le concept de la disparition.
