View of the second Neil House Hotel, photographed during the 1920 gubernatorial campaign. A banner identifies the building as the headquarters of both Roscoe C. McCulloch's and Harry L. Davis's campaigns for election as Governor of Ohio. Harry L. Davis ultimately became the Republican candidate, and the 49th Governor of Ohio. Also visible is the Neil Flower Shop.
