Description
English: Incomplete copper alloy needle. This needle is circular in section with a flattened head. The needle is broken at the point of the eye, which was subcircular. The point is rounded and blunt. The object is abraded and has an even mid green patina. It is 37.3mm long, 2.08mm thick and weighs 0.99g. It dates from anywhere between the Roman to post medieval period.
