Description
English: Members of the Nebraska National Guard, Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Enhanced Force Package, also known as CERF-P, set up to practice extraction techniques on a pile of rubble during Operation Borinqueneer Response, March 17. Operation Borinqueneer Response is a training exercise designed to enhance the readiness of the National Guard in performing state roles and responsibilities during emergencies.
