Description
Français : Le Ndamba Along est une discipline sportive collective mixte composée de 5 joueurs, intégrant à la fois hommes et femmes au cours d’une même partie. Créé au Cameroun en 1997 et agréée par le ministère des Sports et de l’Education Physique en Juin 2011. Elle a été inventée par Mr OWONA MBIDA OTTO FILS. Étant une discipline collective, elle met en jeu sur un terrain d’une longueur de 30 mètres et d’une largeur de 12 m, 2 équipes constituées chacune de 5 joueurs. Celles-ci jouent le ballon à l’aide des mains, de la tête et de la poitrine, tout en se déplaçant en sautant sur la jambe droite dans leurs zones respectives, en étant accroupi en grenouille ou en canard dans la zone centrale et en sautant sur la jambe gauche dans la zone adverse. Ce afin de shooter le ballon dans un trou pour obtenir des points. Le match dure environ 50 minutes réparties en 2 mi-temps chacune. A la fin de ce dernier, l’équipe ayant marquée le plus de points remporte la partie. En tout, 5 arbitres dirigent le match : le principal, c’est l’arbitre central, assisté par 2 juges de touche et sur le banc, par 1 consultant du match et son.
English: The Ndamba Along is a mixed collective sports discipline composed of 5 players, integrating both men and women during the same game. Created in Cameroon in 1997 and approved by the Ministry of Sports and Physical Education in June 2011. It was invented by Mr OWONA MBIDA OTTO FILS. Being a collective discipline, it brings into play on a field 30 meters long and 12 m wide, 2 teams each made up of 5 players. These play the ball using the hands, head and chest, while moving by jumping on the right leg in their respective zones, crouching like a frog or a duck in the central zone and jumping on the left leg in the opposing zone. This in order to shoot the ball in a hole to get points. The match lasts approximately 50 minutes divided into 2 halves each. At the end of the latter, the team having scored the most points wins the game. In all, 5 referees direct the match: the main one is the central referee, assisted by 2 linesmen and on the bench, by 1 match consultant and sound.
