Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Printed paper sheet from Nazi Germany in the early 1930s:
  • Front:
    • A paper sheet featuring printed colour drawings (German: Ausschneidebogen, Bilderbogen, Aufstellbild, Blatt) of female members of the Hitler-Jugend (Hitler Youth), i. e. girls of the BdM (Bund deutscher Mädel), dressed in simple paramilitary brown uniform-like attire, sitting, marching, performing the Hitler salute, or holding HJ swastika pennants outdoors.
    • The sheet can be used to create paper dolls (Papierpuppen) that, when properly cut and folded, can be set up in a formation. The figures have to be folded at the base and then either glued to the surface or simply set up.
    • Probably published in Germany around 1933
    • The illustrator/artist/deisgner/author of the artwork is unknown (unidentified), so no known copyright restrictions.
    • Nazi propaganda aimed at children; NSDAP advertising; Paper dolls/toy soldiers from the 1930s; Cut-out sheet; Picture sheet; Children's toy; Hitler-Jugend (HJ); Bund deutscher Mädel (BdM); Nazi Germany; Third Reich.
  • Back:
    • Advertisment for uniforms for members of the SA (Sturmabteilung) and HJ (Hitler-Jugend, Hitler Youth), paramilitary branches of the Nazi Party (NSDAP), for sale from the NSDAP's Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) store in Schwanthalerstrasse 53, Munic (München), Germany
Date Around 1933–1934
