Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Nave Island from Ardnave Point Nave Island has one visible structure, and that is the ruined chapel [possibly 13thC] with the rather incongruous radbrick chimney sticking out of it. The chapel was adapted for kelp burning in the 19thC. The historical guide to the area suggests that there may be a lot of interesting archaeology on the island, and that the chapel may be part of a monastic site.
