Publisher |

Description |
English: A low stone wall follows a paved pathway, with low grass on one side and a bed of plants and trees on the other. Crater Rim Historic District. The district contains a combination of naturally-occurring and planted vegetation, sometimes in the same space like in this example from the landscape around the Volcano House. Designed vegetation in this area tends to be massed in beds and arranged informally around buildings and pathways, creating a lush and tropical look.
