Description
English: Among the first postcards printed in India, from a lithograph by The Ravi Varma Press' chief lithographer, Paul Gerhardt. Noteworthy is the skillful use of a diagonal to add energy to the image, and the mirror in the sitter's hand which he seems to be eyeing as the roadside barber does his work
