Description Frieze, west facade, National Building Museum (the former Pension Bureau building), Washington, DC, USA. This frieze was created in 1887 by Caspar Buberl (1834-1899). Because of the art's age, and the fact that the artist died more than 70 years ago, this image is no longer subject to any form of copyright restrictions.
