Description

There was a Nasi Iga Bakar on the the specials list. It'd be wrong not to try :)

After a bit of a wait, a good sign that it was freshly grilled, the result was three pieces of smoky charcoal grilled beef ribs sticky with sweet kicap manis and spice glaze. The burnt bits added a nice bitterness too!

If the ribs weren't good enough, accompanying it was a sambal chilli with slivers of zingy Kaffir Lime Leaves, great for adding a bit of freshness.


A fantastic little Indonesian place in the student heartland of Clayton.
