Description
English: Narrow gauge railway, Woodhorn Colliery. The diesel locomotive entering Woodhorn Colliery Station is the "Lindsey" built by the Schoma Company in Diepholz, Germany. It worked in England during the construction of the Channel Tunnel in 1990 and was bought by the Woodhorn Colliery Railway in 2008. The carriages are originally from the Vane Tempest Colliey in Seaham used to carry miners along the underground tunnels. They came with the Hunslet locomotive 1590396
