English: This passenger train derailment happened on June 22, 1913, when the train was heading to Jablanica, approaching the station Prenj. The locomotive slid into the Neretva River, completely submerged, dragging the baggage car, that broke in half. Two passenger coaches remained on the slope, while the rest partially stayed on the rails. Two persons were killed, and a dozen were injured in the accident. |
