Cağaloğlu’nda, İstanbul Vilayet Konağı’nın yanında yer alan Nallı Mescit, Vilayet Camii veya Bâbıâlî Camii olarak da bilinir. Adını, minare kaidesinde bulunan ama günümüze ulaşamamış nal resimlerinden alır. Nallı Mescit, Fatih Sultan Mehmet döneminde İmam Ali Efendi’ye yaptırılmıştır. Kâgir olarak inşa edilen yapı, kare planlı ve merkezî kubbelidir. İki ayrı kapısında yer alan 1868 ve 1902 tarihli kitabeler, bu yıllarda gerçekleştirilmiş olan kapsamlı tadilatları gösterir. Yapı, 1968 ve 1993’te Vakıflar Genel Müdürlüğü, 1997’de ise TBMM Milli Saraylar Daire Başkanlığı tarafından çeşitli onarımlardan geçirilmiştir.
