日本語: 大阪市中之島フェスティバルタワー。元々は朝日新聞社本部・大阪本社のあった大阪朝日ビル・朝日新聞ビル、並びに新朝日ビルを全面改築・再開発したもので、2012年に旧新朝日ビルに当たる東棟、2017年に旧大阪朝日ビル・朝日新聞ビルに当たる西棟が完成した。フェスティバルタワーは、旧新朝日ビル時代から東棟の位置にある「フェスティバルホール」に由来する。また東西の両ビルは中之島地下街（大阪メトロ四つ橋線肥後橋駅、京阪中之島線渡辺橋駅連絡）で結ばれている（2020年9月 Mr.ちゅらさん (talk)撮影）
