Title
Nail cleaner
Description
English: An almost complete copper alloy Roman nail cleaner dating to the first century AD. The object had a large, circular, pierced suspension loop at the apex, now broken. Under the loop the nail cleaner is tear-shaped with rounded shoulders tapering silightly to a probably three-pronged, old broken terminal. There is a large perforation in the centre. It is generally undecorated but there are some punched dots on the surface, possibly stippled decoration.
