13 East Main is the R.T. Barnett and Company Building, which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on December 1, 1980, and is a contributing structure to the Main Street Historic District. It was built between 1889 and 1890.

17 East Main Street is the Tivoli Beer Hall Building. The arrival of the railroad in 1880 led to a major building boom, and Phil Skeehan began construction of his bar that year. But a lack of brick meant his structure was not completed until 1882. The beer hall was designed by William Beall, who also constructed it. Italianate style, like its sister Lamme Block buildings to the west, it had four arched entries and a second-floor balcony. While the ground floor was a beer garden and dance hall, the second floor was apartments. John Fechter, a former member of John Philip Sousa’s world-famous Sousa Band, was managing the Tivoli. (Fechter later was conductor of the Bozeman Symphony.) The structure ceased to be a beer hall after the arrival of Prohibition, and since then has housed retail stores. 17 East Main was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on December 1, 1980, and is a contributing structure to the Main Street Historic District.

23 East Main Street was formerly the site of an ornate, large, Italiante-style commercial building erected by Dr. Achilles Lamme around 1880-1882. It was demolished to make way for this mid-century imitation.
