Description
English: Schematic illustration (NVX-CoV2373 vaccine): The vaccine nanoparticle is formed by aggregation of the recombinantly produced spike proteins around a polysorbate-80 (PS80) core . The immunogenic effect is enhanced by the adjuvant Matrix-M, a mixture of two formulations based on different saponin fractions, each with a cage-like structure.
