English: Petty Officer 1st Class Jason Tatge, Material Liaison Officer for Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Detail Horn of Africa, operates a forklift to stage steel rebar in the Material Laydown Yard on Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. Tatge is responsible for shipping materials to NMCB 74's forward operating locations throughout the Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa area of operations to assist in building partner nation capacity and promoting regional stability through construction engineering support in accordance with the U.S. Navy's Maritime Strategy.
