SAN DIEGO (Feb. 3, 2015) Steelworker 1st Class Honer Villanueva, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, cuts rebar beams with an oxygen acetylene torch during a seaplane ramp construction project. Seaplanes had heavy use around Coronado, Calif. during World War II and Underwater Construction Team (UTC) 2 is rebuilding the ramp for future operations.
