First flight on May 3, 1962 as PH-FDO. Delivered to LTU International on August 30, 1962 as D-BAKE. Delivered to Balair CTA (HB-AAU) in March 1965. Delivered to NLM Nederlandse Luchtvaart Maatschappij in April 1972 as PH-KFC. Delivered to Air Botswana (A2-ADG) in September 1981. Delivered to Business Flight (OY-BVH) in October 1988. Withdrawn from use and used as fire trainer Copenhagen Airport and broken up.
